All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long

The average temperature at the yoga studio is 70 degrees.

Gentle Yoga: Is accessible to all levels. This is a great way to learn how to relieve stress, improve flexibility and balance, and work on the breath..

Hatha Yoga: Improves strength, flexibilty, balance and learn how to relieve stress.

Vinyasa Yoga: Experience a dynamic series of sequenced postures that seamlessly flow together. Cardiovascular work, improves strength, flexibilty, balance, and learn how to relieve stress.

Hot Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga in a Heated Room.

William is a Certified Yoga Instructor. William trained for two years at Baron Baptiste Yoga in Cambridge Mass. Rolf Gates was an instructor at the time. Also has taken classes from  John Friend, Seane Corn, Dana Flynn, Desiree Rumbaugh, Cindi Lee, and others. William is certified through NETA.
